I come to this Taco Bell when I have doctors appointments in Fort Myers. Every single time I go through this Taco Bell, they... give me cold, hard hashbrowns. They have to be sitting there for hours for them to look that bad and be that bad. So today Iordered a breakfast crunch wrap, two hashbrowns, and a large Baja blast. There was not even a hash brown in my crunch wrap andthe two hashbrowns they gave me in the bag were again cold, hard and old. When I went back through the drive-through, they didmake me fresh hashbrowns. But I don?t want to get cold, rock solid hashbrowns every single time I go through the drive-throughthere. I think that someone needs to address this since it is not just a one time thing. If the hashbrowns are getting expiredbefore being sold, then they are dropping too many at a time. Read more
I went to this established after a long ride back home from Miami. I was wanting some good food that was cooked well and done... right that would not only fulfill my stomach and satisfy my taste buds. I must say this Taco Bell delivered just that. Wedecided to go into the lobby to rest our legs we figured it would be a nice breather to go inside. We are welcomed by two kioskmy brother and I which we were able to quickly place our order exactly how we wished it to be made. We had time to sit downmaybe for 2 minutes before our names for called. I ordered a Mexican pizza and a burrito supreme. Both were exactly how I askedthem no tomatoes. They had the most perfect balance of meat and ingredients that I'd ever had from a Taco Bell. This was by farmy best Taco Bell experience ever. My brother was equally satisfied. I would recommend this Taco Bell over any other Taco Bellin the area if you're ever in the mood to run for the border. Read more
Absolutely one of the best taco Bell stores in Fort Myers. Hands down to the taste and quality of food. The staff is so friendly... and nice. If I had enough money I'd go there everyday lol. Read more
Ordered 6 Doritos locos tacos and got this? I can honestly say I don?t think I?ve ever had a good experience at this location.... My order is ALWAYS wrong or missing items. One taco I could maybe understand, but 6?!? Read more
Ordered from the kiosk as they request, I picked the Mexican pizza combo. As the order came out they said they didn't have... Mexican pizzas although it wasnt blocked out and was still an option on their kiosk. They couldnt refund it because my card wasalready charged apparently. So her appearing annoyed like it's my fault proceed to offer me the absolute cheapest items on themenu, like another taco etc, I told them a steak chulupa, which in a combo would be like 3$ cheaper than the Mexican pizza comboI paid for in my order. Long story short they gave me the cheaper option "beef chulupa" instead of the steak I asked for, andscrewed up 2 other items in my order. Tired of people with no decency, respect or common sense. This Taco Bell location regularly closes 1-2 hours early due to ?short staffing?. Because there isn?t a large amount of... locations around here it?s awfully inconvenient to drive over just to find out. Especially when so many locations are 24hnationwide. I highly recommend downloading the app and ordering online. They have been severely short staffed since Covid started. It also... gives you the ability to order before you get there and earn free food rewards. Read more
