The manager there is so amazing! There was a discrepancy with my order and helped me over and beyond. Now he always remembers me... and my blue car lol. Not sure what occurred in the last couple weeks but I don't have to wait for so long to get my food. Read more
Been there numerous times now through the drive-thru and things are missing from the order. Today it was a side of fries and I... am completely done with this chain. A customer shouldn't have to return through the drive-thru or go into the establishmentrepeatedly in order for employees to get the order right. Read more

I use to love going to steak and shake, but they have changed alot I'm not so sure it's for the better... 1st off instead of... coming in being greeted and seated u have to go to a kiosk and use a computer to in put ur order wether to go or stay eitherway, this in it's self is confusing it gives no directions as to what to do where to sit.. so I sat and waited there was anolder couple that was there before me couldn't figure out the computer ordering I know that's not the first time as some ofolder folks I know told me they couldn't figure it out so they left NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP YOU!!! Yea food is good but I'm notso into not having any idea where I'm going or doing, then I had to ask a customer she explained to me they make ur food in backand will call ur number when it's ready, oh if u get a shake then u have to get up again later to get ur shake.. I'm by myselfwalk with a cane it's was really hard to control that tray with everything on it to take it to the trash can area..
