This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Customer service is lacking and mostly because the turnaround rate is... so high and lack of supportive management, in my opinion: The student workers appear as though they have never worked beforehowever, the lack of customer service is a reflection of management. Everytime i go in the area is unclean. Today the floors aredisgusting in the lobby. You cannot walk without sticking to the floor. Despite placing a Grubhub order, all walkin-customerwere serviced before me. I would like to say this is a one-time issue but this has happened multiple times since I startedcoming here which has been less than a dozen times in a year. Now, as my brewed coffee has finally arrived the manager isunaware that I had a sandwich (easily seen on order) and made an excuse that it didn?t heat all the way through even though Ijust watched her put it in. So they did not have the drink I ordered in Grubhub which is okay it happens. So I got something else and I just wanted a tiny... cup of skim milk because I wanted ti dilute my drink. Then they proceed to say that they had to charged me for the 4 oz of milk.Ridiculous. Read more
Taimi is literally the worst food worker I have ever met. She was so rude and has her employees hit on grubhub that they?re done... with orders and that they are complete when they haven?t even been started. You always have to wait 30 minutes just for onedrink. She needs to be fired, I knew multiple people who used to work here and said the work environment was so toxic because ofher. Read more
I was here with my sister today and after ordering, paying, and waiting almost 20 minutes for her drink, it was then told to us... that they were out. Well, that?s okay things happen, but She had to get to class so she said she would return after class topick up a replacement drink. When we returned, ordered another kind of drink, which we ended up having to pay for again (eventhough we didn?t get anything from the last time we paid), waited another 15 minutes before being told they were also out ofthat drink. She asked for something similar as a replacement, waited another 10 minutes only to get the most disgusting drinkeither of us have tried. We paid for 2 drinks, waited around a total of almost 45 minutes and didnt leave with anythingedible. Terrible customer service and a waste of money and time 2 times in one day! Read more
Absolutely ridiculous wait times, took 40 minutes just to order and another 10 to get my drink. They really need to stop... prioritizing every Grubhub order they receive while only keeping two people on in-person orders - one of which had obviouslyjust started and managment had decided to practically throw to the wolves. Every time I?ve ordered from here, my drink has been made wrong and it?s taken them forever to make it. I ordered a caramel... ribbon crunch frap and they didn?t add any caramel syrup or whipped cream to the bottom. They just made a very thick caramelfrap with too much ice and whipped cream with no crunch toppings or syrup on the top. They?re also almost always out of a lot ofpastry items. One of the worst experiences ever. I ordered my drink at 5:19 and I did not receive my drink until 5:42. The girl was not quick... to make drinks and it did not seem like she knew what she was doing. The frap literally taste like ice. Mind you, there was onlya few drinks ahead of me. The other girl that was working and doing the other area to make drinks (ice coffee and hot drinks)she made about 4 drinks equivalent to barely 1 drink as this girl made. She only had to make 2 drinks ahead of me and it tookover 20 minutes. Read more
Honestly terrible, and I don?t even mind the lines. I bought a $30 dollar cup and by the time I got home and looked at it, it... had a couple paint chips so I took it back to ask for an exchange for the SAME CUP. They told me they can?t take exchangesbecause they already sold it and the barcode has a sharpie slash on it. Even though it was perfectly new and I didn?t have itfor more than 2 hours.
