There's a guy at this location, I want to say his name is Andy...He is always so nice. I stopped at a different Starbucks on my... way to work today and they messed up my drink. I just left here and the service at this place is lacking !!! The two girls just let me stand there for about 5 minutes before I... was helped didn't greet me !! This is so crazy !! Then they tall blonde gives me my drink without a straw and then ask if Ineeded one and threw it on the counter instead of handing it to me !!! Management do better with these people !!
