6:30 am on April 29 2022. Orders were correct, service very slow. We were 7th in line and it took 17 min to get to register. ... If you have plenty of time order up. A few people walked away not wanting to wait. Read more

Won't take gift cards, only gives a cup full of ice even after requesting reduced ice, line is so long you can't go back when... they make an error and are stuck with what they give you. People are nice and working hard, just poor business management Read more

I ordered a venti Java chip and they gave me a grande. The line was so long I couldn?t even go back to exchange it and the girl... was being rude to me like I was the one who made the mistake. The drink was like your average grocery store Starbucks so nothingmuch with flavor. It was basically an ice blended water with Java chips. Read more

Less than friendly customer service from the barista in Fort Myers Airport #75774 located by Gate B4, named 'Lisa'. She had a... very undermining tone when I requested my drink, which was a café vanilla Frappuccino, be remade. The instructions of 2 scoopsinstead of 3 were not correct. The drink was almost white in color, which definitely is an indication, considering I had a shotof espresso added. I asked her to work on her customer service and hopefully she will listen. The young man was very nice aboutit. When she stepped in, it took a left turn. Read more
