I?ve been coming to this Starbucks since the day it opened and I?m sorry to write a bad review but I pulled up to the ordering... screen and was met with a really unpleasant staff member that did not seem like he wanted to be there. I pull up to the windowto get my order and my order was incorrect and the staff member name Nick seemed very bothered with his job this morning. Would really appreciate not having to waste gas and time going to a place that claims they are open when they aren't. Monday... they said they'll be open Tuesday at 5:30am, not open. They changed it to Wednesday at 6am, and still not open despite sayingthey are. Good thing the Dunkin right next door is actually operating as they claim, you guys should take notes! Read more
We are daily Starbucks customers and as I watched the barrista make what was supposed to be my drink. I corrected her and she... still made the wrong drink, which I discovered when I got home. We frequent all nearby Starbucks and have never had a problemlike this. In addition, when I tried to call the store, the number was constantly busy. Read more
Well, if I could give 0 stars I would. I waited 16 minutes for just ONE latte. There were no customers inside and five people... working. I can't believe I had to wait that much. Moreover, they gave me no sugar, didn't ask for the size of my latte andmanaged to make me wait so long. Who hired these people? Read more
Sometimes you get amazing service and then other times it?s awful. One day a girl working there got irritated with me because... she didn?t hear me when I said iced and kept talking over me when I was trying to order. Today I did a mobile order and came into pick it up instead of saying my name or anything like they usually do a woman behind the counter just throws and empty cup onto the pick up spot and walks away. I see it has my name and all it reads is ?out ask barista ? so I grab the empty cup and tryto ask her and she ignores me. After changing the order with a different barista and waiting a few minutes the same girl thetry?s to give the drink to someone in the drive through. It?s a tough job and I get things are hard to keep in stock but younever know what kind of service you are going to get with this Starbucks. I rarely give bad reviews because I usually give restaurants the benefit of the doubt or at least a second chance to redeem... themselves. I was generous enough to give this location plenty of chances. My last visit, my mom was with me. We ordered thedrinks in the drive thru, but they still managed to mess up everything. I ordered a Frappuccino but they gave me an iced coffee.They didn't even put enough ice. My moms lemonade was supposed to be a trenta but they gave her a tall instead. The day barelystarted so I'm not gonna say they were having a bad day. Poor service. It's whatever, I'll drive to other locations and refer myfriends and family to better ones. MISINFORMED. Was told our impossible sandwichs came with "just egg" when it is a real fried egg. This could be an allergy for... many people and there would be some serious issues. Inform your staff better and don't push sales. Read more
