Our server Kam made our dinner here very pleasant.. I've been to all the Rib City Grill restaurants in the area and by far she... was the best server that has waited on our table. Not taking anything away from the other servers but she is super friendly,very polite, very attentive, and her attitude on a Friday night helped make my evening. Traveled from Ohio for business and decided to give this place a try but I have to agree with the reviews the ribs were brunt... and very dry no flavor, all bone very little meat , the Mac and cheese was dry no flavor and the green beans taste like theywere right out of a can . I've been living in Florida for 4 years now and been wanting to try Rib City I went for the first time for lunch with coworkers.... I ordered the Brisket sandwich, well it was not good at all. It was no cut against the grain so it was like leather and chewy .All because they slice it semi thin doesn't mean it tender. I tried my coworkers pulled pork it was not good. My favorite wasthe loaded cheese fries and ranch dressing. 20.00 lunch wasted. I'd never go back and I should have known better being it's achain restaurant. The food is always good but we didn't eat tonight. Why?, you might ask. Well we were told 5-10 minute wait. 20 minutes later..... The girl decided to seat a couple who showed up 10 minutes after us after 5 minutes of them walking in. I travel 200+ days ayear so needless to say I eat out more than often. If you tip profile and assume because we're younger (40 and owns their ownbusiness) that we aren't going to tip as well as the 65+ retired couple that may be having to budget their retirement/pensionplan. The service was prompt and professional, and on point. They worked as a team, like a well oiled machine. We we're greeted and... seated quickly with a a real smile. After taking our food order, it was a short wait before the food was presented. All of thefood was hot and ready. The meat was moist and tender with the right amount of smoke. The ribmeat separated from the boneeasily. The chicken and pulled pork were fresh. They don't pre-sauce it. There were plenty of side dishes. We ordered the feastfor two. I took home half the meat as leftovers. Look at the pile of pulled pork on my plate! The garlic bread is on Texastoast. It was buttery and crisp.
