I placed a mobile order. Where there is not an option to add and pay for extra sauce. I asked At the window for extra ranch and... two blackened ranch. The female employee that was at the window did not put the sauce in my bag, NOR tell me sauces would beextra. So I pulled forward to check my bag because I didn?t see the extra sauce. When I entered the store to get the sauces Iasked for, the two female employees hatefully explained that there?s only two sauces allowed per combo and they gave me all ofthem. Here?s the thing, we also got an extra order of fries and my co worker wanted ranch for those. They refused to give me thesauce at first, then again, hatefully explained to me that they cost extra. The man behind me had been there waiting for 5minutes before they even acknowledged him. (I watched him walk in when I was waiting on my food). He told the second femaleemployee he would pay for my sauces if they would take his order. All of this over 53¢ Treat customers better, especially ifthey were kind. Was overcharged, incorrectly charged... Asked for a spicy chicken sandwich ???? and 8pc nuggets combo. Charged $21.68, got to... the drive ???? thru window and had to wait 6mins. Lady came to my vehicle with nuggets combo two drinks dirty rice and a biscuit?????????????????????????? the receipt in the bag said Chicken sandwich and Chicken salad for $10.28, everything was off but theNuggets Combo. Food is good. The human condition in this place i would consider lazy. The cooks rush and cut corners. Chicken sandwich had... mayo placed in 1 spot on the bun. It was still edible with some alteration at home. Understand most place do not haveemployees with a decent work ethics. Read more

The chicken sandwich looked very good. The piece of meat was quite large. I thought I was going to be very happy with the... sandwich. But when I bit into it, it was horrible.
