Both times will come here in the past couple years they have been out of their core sauces. This is unacceptable. They don't... have their spicy Pollo Pollo and a couple other sauces again. I decided to give them another chance and to see if they would bebetter this time, but they weren't. Until something changes, I can't trust them. It's unfortunate because it's such a goodconcept, but they can't deliver. Hopefully they can change some executives and make this a better restaurant. I recommend this location because it's located around a bunch of other different businesses & shops if you're looking to do... something for the afternoon such as shop for clothing. The food is good in my opinion. I enjoy my visit everytime I visit thislocation. Read more
In the Grillmaster Trio the meat was not cooked at all and they charged me for a tres leches and forgot to give it. Always check... your bag and your orders because they always forget everything. And then when you call the store back they never answer. Read more
By far the worst pollo tropical I?ve ever been to. I ordered this steak bowl but where?s the beans? They never have cilantro... garlic sauce. Onions are brown and soggy. Tried to call to complain and no one never pick up the phone. You have to wait foreverin line and then get home and you?re missing food. Pls don?t go here. Food and customer service is terrible. If I could givethem zero stars I would. Went online and made a complaint to corporate and of course no response. Read more
UPDATE: TRIED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER SHOT......UGHHHHH They couldnt even create the food I ordered from the new menu item. No one... speaks English so how the heck do they read what to make? The food was very good and priced good also The Pork over tostones was amaxing and so is the 1/2 chicken with vegetable yellow... rice. They have a seasonal coconut eggnog pie or cake coquito and its rich but real yummy also. The guava BBQ sauce is delish aswell as their cilantro garlic dressing and other sides. Dine in closed, just drive through, line was so long and 5 employees were outside smoking and talking, why they will go and take... their tablets and help to move more faster drive through. I think if you closed part of your restaurant be prepared to do moreefficiently your service. Read more
