Never again will I come here. Bad experience. The rice was sticky no flavor the chicken had no flavor. The yuca was no good they... told they had done it fresh but was hard and not crisp. I rather go to the one on colonial. Read more
I insisted on getting my Pollo Tropical fix before flying home so I had my sister take me here because it was close to where we... were with the kids even though I saw the less than stellar reviews. It was 2:30pm so not busy, tables were not wiped. We foundthe cleanest booth. Ordering was difficult and I should have had my niece order in Spanish but the food was looking correct onscreen so no biggie. Checked receipt while we waited, looked good. When it started coming the to go part wasn't boxed but nobiggie, got that fixed. One plate came out with just chicken and roll so my sister told them it was wrong. They added whiterice. When they brought it to the table I pointed out it was missing pork so she took plate and receipt back. I could see someback and forth going on at counter so I went up. "Monica" kept insisting she saw the plate go out with chicken and pork. Weshowed her receipt stating one pork, one chicken, one combo. We also said come check our table. She kept insisting she SAW theplate go out, checked everything. I told her I did not eat nor did I hide pork in that short amount of time. Finally got ourpork but "Monica" and another worker referred to me and my sister by a bad name in Spanish in front of my bilingual niece. Veryuncool. Read more

Went there for lunch early today. It wasn't too crowded when I was there, yet most of the tables were dirty. Second time eating... at this Pollo Tropical and second time they mess up my order. However the lady at the front desk handing the food was super niceand gave me extra sauces to try. Update: nothing has changed if anything it has gotten worse. Tried ordering through the apptwice, both times the order wasn't near being ready by the time I arrived. I tried complaining to the manager and she took thecomplaint as an insult. I have seen grave diggers with better people skill than that manager. She also taunted to my face, because today's order was actually correct. Never mind the fact that it was over 3 minutes late than the time it was supposedto be ready. I will file a complaint to corporate about the atrocious service and manager. Read more

Ordered a steak tropichop and the employee said ?well you?re going to have to wait because we close in 20 minutes and We?re not... trying to cook stuff right now.? So ordered chicken, very dry and old, rice was hard and onions were clearly scraped from Thebottom of the container. Gross. Terrible customer service and food, forgot our sauces and everything.
