Tried this place for the first time today with my wife. I got the featured Smokin Chicken Bacon BBQ pita. It had a great balance... of sweet and spicy. The crew inside was welcoming, fast and friendly. For the size of our pitas + combo, the price was great! Wewill definitely be back to try another pita in the near future! Thank you! Read more
Sorry I couldn?t give a lower review on this one. Tried coming to this location on a Saturday and checked the door at 7:50 pm,... they were locked. So I gave them a call and was told they close at 8. It being 7:54pm at this point I asked why they locked thedoors when it was not yet 8, and the young gentlemen laughed at me on the phone. Poor poor poor customer service along with poorpoor poor management for allowing this to happen. Read more
I've had personal good experiences before when I walked in and ordered in person. However, I ordered through Uber Eats today,... and maybe I'm confused. I assumed the description of the Pita is what it comes with, and whatever I add on is additional. Ifwhat I'm adding on negates what the description says, it still doesn't make since what I received. Description of Baja ChickenBacon Ranch: Chicken, Bacon, Grilled Onions, Avocado, Romaine, Cilantro, Pepper jack Cheese, Jalapeno Ranch I added on:Romaine, Tomato, Black Olives, Onion, and Mushroom What I got: Chicken, Bacon, Iceburg Lettuce, Tomato, Black Olive, RawOnions, and Mushroom. If I'm "adding on" veggies, there should be some sort of notification that I'm completely negating thedescription of the Pita. Had a pita with no sauce or anything to bring it together. One of my worst Pitas received. Pastpositive experiences bring this to 3 stars. Update 7-30-19: The owner has already contacted me and apologized for theinconvenience. He explained that due to people not wanting certain items on the menu, they go by what you order, rather than thepre-defined description of the Pita. It is an issue with Uber Eats. Love their pitas! Very fresh and filling! The only negative about this place is that the employees need to be more personable.... They just seem miserable and if that's not the case, they just present themselves poorly. You get a very unwelcoming vibe goingin there. A smile and some personality will do you guys good. Read more
I absolutely love Pita Pit. Food is usually great, service is usually helpful and welcoming. That is why I was eager to take... both my sons. I live roughly a hour away and a month ago was in the area with my son and we decide we had to go to Pita Pit, gotthere about 6:30pm and they had the window cleaner inside cleaning the windows. When I opened the door, the window cleanerpushed it closed on me and said they were closed. The hours are clearly written on the door i might add. Whatever...thingshappen, didn't think further on it. Till this past week. Again, had my kids in the area, we committed to Pita Pit after our funday, went out of the way to go there and again at 4:30pm we arrived, lights off, doors lock, closed, at 4:30pm, during primedinner hours. Really hope the owner can work out whatever situation is causing them to be closed when they should be openaccording to their hours posted. Typically, I wouldn't be a complainer, things happen but on the off chance we were nearby andthey were closed both times? Atleast post a sign explaining, maybe there's a issue but I can only assume it's laziness. And itmakes me very dad cause pita pit is actually super good food. Read more
