Worse Perkins experience ever! My Over Easy Eggs were undercooked & the egg white was clear and watery (their menu has a warning... about eating under cooked eggs). The smoked sausage was not warm when I cut a piece off it. The same sausage came back with Overcooked eggs (which means my smoked sausage went back on the grill- Eeewww!). The guy behind me sent his cold fries back. Thecashier did not seem too concerned about the kitchen issues. Not what I expected. Read more
Great waitress. Glad they are open even though we are evacuating from Florida today. Never been to a Perkins before.
Omg it was horrible. Both of our meals were made from stale breads, they remade one and it was ?decent? but nothing better than... a McDonald?s could do. The other meal was so hard (biscuits and gravy) we couldn?t even bite the bread, we kindly said this wasnot eatable and she handed the check and said have a good day. We didn?t want a refund (and never asked for one), we wantedFRESH BISCUITS that teeth wouldn?t break on. The manager laughed at us and walked away and never offered a refund or exchange.Our waitress was good. It wasn?t her fault. Absolutely discussing food and the manager was the icing on the rock solid stalebread.... rude and laughed when we told her again in full honestly told her how the food. We did not eat it and she stilllaughed made us pay and said ?have a good day?. We will never return. This was 9.3.2022 around 7 am on the 41 store by theWalmart in ft myers off Tamiami Tr. We witnessed two other patrons having the same issues and the manager- the woman withwhite/grey longer hair, elderly lady in the front being told issues other people had with their food, she could care less. Bothour stomaches are in knots.. feels like I ate rotten food after leaving there. Absolutely disgusting and just the way shetreated everyone with issues about foods stale and she insists ?everyone has a good day!? And didn?t offer anything else.
