0 stars, over a month ago on 8.10.2022 I placed a mobile order for delivery to my work then was misinformed that they don?t... actually deliver and Id have to pick up my order in person hours later after work. Funny enough upon entering the restaurant Isee multiple signs around advertising mobile order delivery?I made a separate entree order for Togo but was overcharged by $25+which I did not notice until the card report later on. I contacted Lenin the SM via email to which he asked for the orderdetails to issue a refund a week later. After another week or so with nothing else from the SM and no refund, I made report toPEI WEI corporate to be contacted for further assistance. 3.5 Stars, if it were an option. The food is decent, the workers have always been really great. The restaurant has a dirty dish... rag smell inside though. My food is always to go though, so no bother. Plus it's better than Panda, which sits next door. I goPei Wei 9 times out of 10. EDIT: The smell has improved since I last went a few weeks back. The service was quick but had problems with the order. I told them I had an allergy to capsaicin aka peppers and anything spicy.... The chicken was cooked safely but there were peppers in the rice so I couldn't eat it. When a person says they have an allergyfollow through that all food is safe. Read more

Food looks great. Restaurant clean. Took 40 minutes + to get my curry chicken ordered at 7:10 pm. The entree was excellent. One... particular employee did not follow through on me asking for my order to be changed to carry out or bring me a carry out lid.They are great at taking your order, not so good on the follow through. My wonton soup to eat in the store was served in a largeto-go clear plastic container. I thought it had an odd flavor, maybe due to the plastic? I would not order it again.
