I would give it 1 star but because the representative that took my order was very nice, I gave it 2 stars. I ordered the spicy... chicken sub which was a new option on the menu. It was nothing fancy, nothing to remember. The part I remember is taking abite and pulling out a piece of white paper material that was in my sandwich. When I took it back to show them I noticed on theother half sandwich the cheese had the white paper still attached to it as well. I was totally disgusted. They made a newsandwich for me but did not offer my money back or any other accommodation for something that was wrong on so many levels. Howdo you not notice a whole piece of paper when you are making the sandwich?!? I will not return or advise any one I know to visitthere. Read more

Not only was the food disappointing so was the rest of the experience. None of our food was hot or even warm at that and the... lettuce on our sandwiches was turning brown. The soda machine had a loose hose and syrup dripped everywhere everytime you triedto use it. The restaurant was not clean either, food on the floor obviously from previous day. All the tops of the walls weredirty and dusty that seperated the seats and dinning areas. Even the door to enter was disgustingly dirty. We were the onlyguests eating in the resturant so the associates were all congregated in the kitchen area chatting loudly as one of the walkedaway she started to pick her nose and walked to the register and continued, then when she was finished she started filling upthe lemonade dispenser before even thinking about washing her hands! We were so grossed out by everything none of us finishedour food, put it all in the garbage and left. Definitely wouldn't ever eat here again. Read more
I came across this restaurant the other day and thought I would try it out. The menu is limited to chicken sandwiches and... chicken tenders for the meats. I was looking for a fast food option other than KFC. I was disappointed. The way of preparing thefood is different than I've seen anywhere in regards to fast food. I could see them putting together my order through thewindow, and I could also see where there's room for improvement. The waste of money on a position that is not necessary. I canonly say that the lady who helped me through ordering was at the window, face to face with me rather than through a speaker. Idid like that. She was eager and happy!! The Food was good, I would say this chicken house is very similar to Chick-fil-A- however they serve wings. The wings were very... good size, snd cooked homogeneous- the sauces were made well and tasty. We also had chicken sandwiches and some sides, theWachos -waffle fry nachos were good but they were a little skimpy on the toppings, the broccoli was good but served cold, thezucchini fried were good but a little greasy. Chicken A +, sides C - , the shake was good texture but not too chocolaty -overall good experience, very clean and the service was super fast. The price tag (( high )) not sure if worth the premium. The whole point of ordering online and picking is for busy people on the go. Clearly printed on the receipt is extra chicken and... dressing. Salad looked very sad. And no salad dressing nor silverware. A very disappointing PDQ. Always check your bag......Iguess. Read more
