This place is awesome and clean. Really unique style of food. The Mexican bowl is great and their gyros are out of this world.

This rating is solely based on service. Here?s our story. Fam of 4 and felt for something similar to chicken kitchen (bowl of... yellow rice, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and chicken). Located this place in Google while driving around. Have had Patinellisbefore from a different location and it?s the closest tasting most similar setup to chicken kitchen which is not in near Cape orFt. Myers. Called and asked if they do curbside, neither my wife or myself would be able to do takeout at that point formedical reasons and the only other folks in the vehicle are kids. Person says ?Sure! Just call back and order and we?ll bring itout?. We decide what we want on the way there and call to order and then person who answers says ?you?re ordering for curbside?How do we do that? 3, 4 trips? How are you going to pay?? I say, I don?t know, cash or credit, I just called and someone theretold me that if we call and order, we can do curbside pickup. He then just says, nah, we don?t do curbside and hangs up. Firstimpressions count. I?ll try the food here eventually, when I get the taste of this terrible service out of my mouth. Pro tip: ifyou?re ever unsure about curbside, when you call in, get the name of whoever says the restaurant does it so you can get back tothem. Good luck! Read more
Torn on this review. Hoenstly can't speak to the quality of the food, and the people were nice. However, the prices listed on... the menu aren't accurate to what's at the register. The place sneaks a 3.5% charge in at the register, with a little signstating they will that isn't visible until the end of your transaction. So, even though the food looked good, I left it at theregister. We live in a day and age where , especially as a restaurant, credit card fees are standard. Either find a betterprocessor, or provide a discount to cash customers, not charge extra for credit/debit customers. In the middle of a pandemic,cash shouldn't have to change hands , as this also saves everyone extra chances at contracting Covid. Read more
Really fresh and delicious food. I had a vegan option of scrumptious brown rice and salad. The food was delicious. You can... customize your dish, so you get exactly what you want. The food is ready, and there is no wait. It was popular today at lunchtime, with some people dining in, and many people taking their food to go. There are a couple of tables outside as well. This is the last time our office orders from the college parkway location. We get back to the office and many of orders are... missing the toppings. The picture listed here is suppose to be the "greek" - they must be rationing the toppings at thislocation, oh and the rice is not fully cooked. Avoid the college parkway location. Read more
We go to the Daniels parkway location all the time and we love it. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. We decided to... try the college location a few days ago and we were disappointed. The food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting. Most ofthe sides and tipping had been taken off the bar and seemed empty. I think they were focusing too much on cleaning up for thenight in order to go home quicker. They had no sweet tea 2 hours before closing and when my mother asked if they were going tomake more they said no. The lady behind us wanted sweet tea too so it was not just us. I even saw a dead roach on the floor bythe drink machine. Gross. Just did not have a good experience and felt very rushed and like they were trying to close as fast asthey could and we were there two hours before closing time. I go here for lunch occasionally I get the Gyros and rice Greek prices are a tad High but the food is very good
