I don't know who the one big dude thinks he is but he's obnoxious. Asked for a bag for my food and he would not shut up about... "that's not a good idea" "this is a bad idea it won't end well" after the 4th time I was just like stay in your lane dude. Itwas in fact completely fine and I made it home with 0 issue. Food was fine as always . i eat from here pretty often but have never had to deal with a rude ? manager ? i?ve only had my order... messed up one time before & a lady handled it great . but this so called manager john was so rude . acting as if iinconvenienced him because i have somewhere to be & didn?t have the time to wait for another order . This is the worst Papa John?s I have ever had! I?ve ordered a handful of times from them and there is always an issue. Pizza was... dropped or something as it was smashed together. The box was uneven when handed to me but I didn?t think anything of it until Iopened the box and my whole pizza took up about a third of the box. Did they think I was not going to notice? Lol another order,I ordered extra meat and the pizza was pretty much a cheese pizza and wrong cut. There were only about 3 pieces that had meat,the rest was all cheese. This is the only Papa John?s I have ever had a problem with and it?s consistently poor! I will justpick up my orders from now on at a different location. Thanks for the constant disappointment!! Zane was very pleasant taking the order on the phone. My wife placed the order, had an active toddler in the background and... asked many times for him to repeat things, yet I was so happy to see the situation handled with grace & patience. I don?t reallyleave many reviews but this guy is a great person to have taking orders as his customer service is stellar and he is not thecliche phone representative that gets irritated quickly. Pizza was cold and very little toppings 2 times ordering from them and both times it was not done right.
Hands down the WORST papa johns I?ve ever been to. I dont know if they only destroy my pizza, but this is the 3rd (and last)... time they did this to me. For some reason, they take massive handfuls of topping and put them UNDER the cheese. Like an insaneamount, to the point where the bottom cant cook and its a soggy mess. The first two times they threw pepperoni in stacks of 5or more all over and it was a bucket of grease, inedible in the middle. This will be the final time, go to another papa or pizzajoint. Read more
First time trying the Pan Pizza, and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I order from Papa John's often, and I was... truly surprised by how well this tasted. Great job guys and gals. I ordered it delivery, and it got to me within 30 minutespiping hot. The Cinnamon pull aparts were a great dessert too. Thank you for the awesome service. Read more
