The store location is great! They have a great team, quick. My issue is that the call center is outrageous, prices are not what... they are online and they continue to ask you "would you like this and this" verse listening to the customer for what theyactually want. It's a constant stop and start because your call center is trying to force words/other items on your order. Ifthey just stopped and listen maybe more items would be ordered. Ordered multiple times from this establishment, today I ordered for delivery and this was what I saw when I opened the box, that... was missing the seal for delivery. The pizza was as you would expect Papa John's to be. I was impressed with how quick it was ready. It was an off time probably,... but it was still ready less than 15 minutes from order time online. Staff were friendly and actually seemed to care some. Read more
