I ordered a pizza at 6:30 for it to be delivered at 7:00, at 7:40 i called to see what whats going on, the guy that answered... tells me they have no driver and something's going on with door dash and that they were about to call customers to let them knowthey cant deliver. I understand sh.. happens, I swear I do, what I cant understand is WHY would they wait 40 min to let me knowthat I was not gonna get my pizza! ( It would have been longer if I don't call them) I spent my whole lunch time at work waitingfor nothing so I had to starve cause I had no time to go out and find something else. First off we didn't get any sauce and to make matters worse there was a thick black hair baked into the breadstick that I was... two bites into. Lost my appetite and all trust in the Fiddlesticks location as we have been burned by them before on separateissues. I will continue my business with the Cleveland Avenue location as they make excellent pizza and have great customerservice. Read more
Papa John?s just lost a customer ! Don?t waste time doing delivery with this place - they?re a hot mess. The kid couldn?t... figure out how to get past the gate in the Community he called me up and explained do you have to call in and say that you?redelivering a pizza then called me back and said I can?t do this don?t have time now I left with no dinner and out $28 with tipthat?s right papa johns has the balls to ask for delivery tips before they F up your delivery! I would say I don?t mind papa johns but the fiddlesticks location likes to not give you a receipt when you leave and tip... themselves without the customers permission. So make sure if you do patron this location that you ask for a copy of your receiptand you write very legibly on the copy the restaurant keeps or else the employees will decide what to tip on your card for you. If you are going to order from this location, pay cash! A few days after my order, when I was prepping my expense report, I... found that I was charged $10 more than the cost of my order. Someone in the store took it upon themselves to add a generoustip! I don't have the time or patience to dispute the charge. So enjoy.
