Came here twice. Once for lunch and today for breakfast. Kind of ?old time feel? restaurant with friendly waiters. For lunch I... had the fried chicken, green beans, and paid an additional 2.75 for sweet potatoe fries. The fried chicken was very crispy onthe outside and juicy on the inside. The green beans were seasoned well. The sweet potato fries were kind of mushy and boring.Definitely not worth the up charge. While very salty, I would highly recommend the fried chicken. My daughter ordered chickenstrips. Non processed chicken was good but the flavoring was boring, and she didn?t eat much of it. For breakfast today I triedthe homemade hash benedict on the English muffin. This was very yummy. I was kind of hoping the meat would look more like meatbut was ground to look like mush. The biscuit and gravy was meaty and nicely peppered. The only downside was the waiter told memy biscuit was cold and she was reheating it. That was before even bringing it to the table. I?m not sure how she knew mybiscuit was cold and I was not to excited about a microwaved biscuit. The pancakes were huge and the syrup was super hot. Sheasked if my husband wanted them buttered and he said yes. When the pancake came out it was soaked in butter. A little too much.I would probably ask for butter on the side. Overall it?s a nice place to try out with lots of options, friendly people, andpretty fair prices. Read more

Always a great place to eat. We had lunch today, I had just a hamburger (even though there were lots of great things to choose... from) and my lunch companion had a patty melt. We were both very pleased with our lunches. This is also a great place forbreakfast. Read more

This place is one of the best little diners I've ever been to! Everything is homemade and fresh! The staff makes you feel... welcome and part of the family! I got the corn beef egg Benedict, instead of the muffin I subbed a biscuit! The last time I gotas in the menu with the muffin and it just didnt flow as well. Their biscuits are the best , and beat out anyone. still one ofmy favorite places to grab lunch/breakfast in fort Myers. Read more

First time coming here and based on previous reviews, I thought I would check it out. It?s nice to see a local business... thriving. First off the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The biscuits and gravy were excellent. However, the hashbrowns and bacon that I ordered were soaked in grease. The bacon was nothing special and very fatty. The hash browns were soakedin a pool of grease, so it was a huge turn off when trying to eat them. Not sure if I will visit again as it?s really notanything special for breakfast. Read more

The Oasis restaurant is a staple. Celebrating their 29th year in Fort Myers, this restaurant is a favorite of locals. The food... is always excellent, the staff friendly and the two ladies who own the joint make a point to visit every table. Known for theirdelicious, gigantic pancakes, their lunch and dinner items are equally wonderful. ???????? Read more
