Ordered 2 burgers, 1 flatbread, and 2 kids chicken bites meals. Waters to drink. Ticket with a 20% tip was $97.00. By the... way, you have to pay and tip via online portal before actually getting your food / receiving the service for which you aretipping. Ok. So it was expensive. But at least the food was pretty good, right? NO. The food was extremely underwhelmingand low quality. Well. At least it came out hot, right? NO again. After waiting about 30 minutes, the food came out barelyabove room temperature, clearly having been sitting for a long time. Well shoot. At least they *did* bring all the food youordered, right. NO, they could not even do that. After waiting 40 minutes after ordering and still no flatbread, we gave upand asked for our $ back. This was one of the worst airport dining experiences I have had. My Wife and I are long time customers at this restaurant and have gotten to know some Great server's and the food has always... been good , but this morning we sat down at 7:50 and it was 8:15 before we finally got up and walked out ! There was only onetable with customers and the two server's working there never acknowledge us even as we were walking out so I went back and saidto the girl at the register that obviously Emmy ( she's our favorite server ) isn't working and told the girl that we'd sittingthere for over 15 minutes and never even gotten an acknowledgement!! Cute decor and service was okay but the food was entirely mediocre, even for airport food.

Shula's Bar & Grill in the Fort Myers airport is expensive, as is the case with restaurants located in airports. My server was... friendly. Time from ordering to receiving my food was too long. The burger I had was good, the fries were just OK. Read more
Waiting a few minutes to be seated, finally asked one of the workers milling about and was told to sit anywhere. Waited another... five minutes then asked the bartender if there is table service - he told me to scan the QR code. He never asked if we wanteddrinks. I scan the QR and apparently that is also how to order; we never found out because the app was constantly crashing. Gotup to leave and he then finally offered a paper menu - at that point the interaction had been handled so poorly we could onlyimagine how badly they handle the food itself: not a chance we would eat there!
