Just off the bat, this has to be the dirtiest Moe's I have ever seen. I enjoy Moe's and while out of town and away in Ft Myers I... visited this Moe's. It is downright disgusting. Rags left on tables, an ice machine that does not work, disinfectant bucket lefton top of a trash can with dirty water in it, food left all over the seats, tables and floors. The salsa looks like it has beensitting out for over a week. The service was bad. Server was miserable and the food behind the counter looks old and it wasscattered all over the place, and the queso was cold...where is management? Where are the standards? Read more
I went in with my husband and son for dinner at 7:30. The 3 girls working were cleaning and putting food away. I asked what time... they were open until and they replied 9. So an hour and a half early they were closing up. The chicken was extremely salty.There was no steak, peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc. only one kind of rice? (which was dry). And the salsa bar had nothing out.When I said we were eating here the girl rolled her eyes. Honestly, 7:30 is not 8:55 like 5 minutes before they close. Superunpleasant experience because when we sat and ate they were burning something so the entire restaurant was Smokey. We have beenhere before and it was never this bad. Moe's is Moe's. You can count on consistency. The service here was good. No tofu today, which I missed. Everything clean.
Ordered a salad with white meat chicken, beans, peppers, corn salsa, and sour cream with dressing on the side. I received... shredded lettuce with white meat chicken saturated in chicken juice, no dressing. I threw away my $13.00 meal because who couldeat something that looks like this. Last night after deciding on doing a spontaneous Family date night to see Santa and eat at my son?s favorite spot we were more... than disappointed. We arrived at 8:30pm as the sign says they close at 10pm. Every table inside was dirty ( there were no guestsin the building just two boys ?working? ) music loud music with inappropriate language was blasting that we had to remove my 7yrold from the building. They tried to change it but it kept coming back. We had to eat outside because the restaurant was a mess.The salsa station looked like it wasn?t touched since that morning. The worst was the food we spent $35 was COLD, the chips wereold and chewy. My homewrecker the meat was so cold, my son had chicken that was like pebbles. I tried to call this morning tospeak to someone and the manager on duty just said ?oh sorry? ?. As I work in the service industry I was appalled, disappointed& honestly disgusted.
