Horrible customer service from behind the counter. Both people did not acknowledge me and made me feel like I was being a... inconvenience. The beans looked like they were sitting there all day. The quality of the food has incredibly decreased in the past years, and the prices went up! Not worth spend $43 on a stacker, a... quesadilla and a kids menu at all.. The quesadilla for my kid was made so careless, nothing inside! My quesadilla tasted sobad! I asked for corn pico and the person gave me just pico and I addressed it and he said ?it?s the same, just without thecorn? they didn?t even care! For that alone order it took them 30 min. The queso was just American cheese melted, not the MoesFlavor anymore. And the GUACAMOLE!! It was just mashed avocado and salt. No onions, no cilantro, no tomatoes! It was verypoor! They need to do something about it, but I guess the management team doesn?t care that much, that was our very last timeeating at Moes. We loved it especially the one at coconut point but their quality is not the same anymore but at least thepeople there is still nice. Next time we are going to 3 pepper burrito! This location has really gone down hill. Very slow, food not made as well. Tried to place a call ahead order, said it couldn?t... be done but when we got there it was dead. Staff talked about walking out when we were there and were eating chips as they madethem. I know staffing is hard but hope it can turn around. Read more
I guess this place thinks since "the pandemic" they can just get away with anything now and it be completely justifiable. I use... to eat here all the time before covid and the portions were big, the prices were low, the staff was friendly and the place wasclean. Now, they've jacked up their prices a couple of dollars, give you less of a portion, the place is a dirty mess, tablesnot clean, they skimp you on chips and all the food looks overcooked. I use to be able to get a homewrecker burrito out thedoor with queso and a drink for $12. Now its about $16, smaller AND they now want you to tip their workers ????!! Sorry pal,you're not jacking up the prices, lowering my portion sizes while the place looks like a tornado went through it and expect topeer pressure me into paying your workers for you. Not going to happen. YOU pay the employees, I pay for the food. This placehas gone downhill. Not tipping a dime for someone to do exactly what they're already getting paid to do and then ask for 18% tipfor..... what? Why am I tipping you? You didn't do anything?? Ok ok, i've been waiting a minute to figure how to word things right????. So, quick rundown (according to my experience). Plenty... of inside seating, fits about 4-5 per table. Staff is ready to assist U through your requests, mind U i've only been there whenpeople who are already accustomed to this sites flow have visited????. Pleasant atmosphere????. Now to tha Real ship????. MyGod tha Women in this area are asset inclined more than 2 i-phones competing with an Android!!????????. My first meet (andeverytime since) i ordered the Homewrecker Bowl????. To my liking of course????. Every time i've been pleased with the results!First and Second time, i had this one staff female treat me to a Latin style of the dish and it was Very Delicious????????????.After that was 2 more seperate times where the male staff treated me and they did Not disappoint????????. One time a male staffeven went out his way to assist me inna personal matter so i tipped him????! So Overall my experience has been a well satisfiedcustomer????. Now, down let my patience fool U. EVERYONE in this mug was Clearly beaten with a Beauty Stick????!!!????????????.I mean God in Heaven sex appeal and Quality of staff was on thise hiring managers mind!!
