Safety concerns! Had ice machine running during boil water notice. Worker had gloves on and was texting on his phone and then... was touching peoples food without changing gloves. I?ve seen employees touch cleaning rags and then touch peoples food. Thiscombined with many other quality issues makes this place need to shut down. I love moes but this location seems unfixable. I?vetalked to the district manager about some of these safety issues but it just seems to get worse. I truly do wish it would getbetter so I could feel safe eating there again. Read more
I truly wish I could rate this location higher, but I unfortunately can't. The food is great. The staff always seem pretty... upbeat and quick to help you with whatever you need. But I feel like the place is always very messy. I think they need someoneto watch the lounge more often and wipe down the tables, countertops, around the toppings/sauce bar, etc. The last few times thetrash is always overflowing, utensils not really stocked. I get a bit overwhelmed just thinking about it, XD. Honestly justhaving someone clean the lounge area more and this place is easily a 4 star Moe's right away, close to a 5. Read more
By far one of the worst experiences ever! We walk in & nobody greets us. We walk around to order food & all three employees were... off doing something else. The one girl was left to make our food but instead of saying hey or welcome to moes or even to makeeye contact started on a Togo order while the other 2 girls walked around. We waited & waited until she was done with her to goorder ( I?m assuming) for her to finally Acknowledge us. My husband was on his lunch break and had already wasted a good amountof time waiting on her to finish what she was doing to find out that there was nothing but Ground beef And dry old lookingchicken left. They had no other steak or pork which is typically what we get. She told us it would take 15 to 20 minutes untilany other meat was done. As we continue down the assembly line there was only peppers and onions left for one of ourburritos. By the time we got to the cold toppings (not much longer) Another employee comes out with steak and pork which is weoriginally wanted. All of the cold toppings were to the bare minimum and not at all fresh remotely appealing. The girl makingthe burritos continues to slop on whatever was left in the In the containers which wasn?t much and had an attitude the entiretime Which was crazy because she didn?t say more than two words to us. She seemed bothered that we wanted sauces added and gotannoyed that we asked for more than the little bit of scraps that she THREW on our burritos. The guacamole that we paid extrafor was brown and thrown on one side of the burrito. When we asked her to spread it out it only got worse. They had no limes nosauces no salsa? nothing! They had more COMPLETELY empty containers than their almost empty ones on the line.. These homewreckerburritos might as well have been tacos they were teeny tiny. The warm food was cold and meat was very dry. Service was indifferent and slow. Portions were much less than 3 pepper burrito... but price was slightly higher. Chips were stale. Read more

Moe's is a good "go to" for quick and healthy meal. I order the Homewrecker with tofu and lots of beans and veggies. Salsas are... amazing, esp. the green tomatillo. This is a good option for vegans and vegetarians. Service is pleasant, fast, and courteous.Wish they would bring back the fruity non-carbonated fresh teas and beverages. had to take our order to go. the tables and floors were so dirty, and the garbage areas were overflowing. the food is just ok.
Place was a mess and they closed before it stated they were suppose to. They forget my chips and salsas which I paid for and my... cup of queso sauce I ordered with my order. Drink machine was not working as well. Read more
