I have been to other Moe's locations and had a good experience with good food. I can't say it about this location. I got the... homewrecker burrito and my husband got the Stack. Our food was cold even the cup of queso was luke warm. There were 2 teenageboys running around the dining room area and when we were ordering they were standing right behind us in the order line andwould not move. The place was really dirty and the equipment was falling apart. There was no supervision there at all just abunch of teens working. Only reason I am giving it even 2 stars is because the kid who made our food was real nice. Do betterMoe's. Read more
The hours say 12-7pm. But the close the dining room at 5pm. what?s the point of staying open? Why not shut the dining room down... at 7? The staff seems very unhappy. Read more
If only I could give this place a 0/5 rating. It's so unfortunate that this place is horrendous because its so convenient if you... live in Gateway. The food is cold, the employees seem irritated to assist on an order, and the place is empty every time I go inso that speaks for itself. I wouldn't recommend this Moe's to anyone. Read more

The two ladies working today (Tuesday 12/6 around 6:30pm) are absolutely amazing, I am not sure if they made the food too, but... even that was better than any other time we have eaten here, so much so that I was willing to submit a review.
