Clean. Good food. Bar service was quick. Zinger mountain melt is our favorite and we always chase it with a captain jacks... dessert. Lots of TVs. Good for sports games! Read more
First round of zinger mountain melt was burnt and the second had chives on it still ???? the pretzel was okay & he forgot our... dessert,so we just left. The service was okay. Drinks took a while for refills. People seemed like they didn?t want to workthere. Even made jokes with the hostess to lighten to mood, but she even made comments about wanting to walk out?. No onechecked on us after our food just asked if we wanted dessert to go after we already told him what we wanted as dessert. Thefood was not great. Read more
Was so excited to try their ribs, even tasted the BBQ sauce b4 to make sure it wasn't too "tangy" - it was sweet & DELICIOUS...... both our mouths watered.... Until we tasted our ribs. They had a large amount of dry rub & were awful. We inquired & doublechecked the menu - no mention of a dry rub. We do not usually like dry rubs & explained we would've ordered somethingdifferent. One potatoes wasn't cooked well. Our waitress was very nice & got the manager. I literally took 2 bites of my ribs,he didn't care, nor did he care that our meal wasn't as described. He didn't offer of a substitute. In fact, we didn't know ifhe deducted anything until the bill came - he had just left our table. She said he took $10 off the total, but then there wasan error, so when the final bill came the manager changed the credit to only $7.50. We didn't take any food home. We won't bereturning. Read more
I have eaten here many many times and always had a great experience. Only one time it was very busy and we ended up getting a... table in the outside patio area where smoking is allowed and which I didn't care for plus it was very loud with a lot of menjust getting off work... LOL!! Seriously though, I could eat here weekly. The photo you see are meals off the lunch menu. Meatloaf dinner and ceasar salmon salad. Excellent prices too!!! Delicious!!! Read more
We were sat promptly however, after ordering our food of which both items were "appetizers". We received one thing first than... about five minutes later the other dish arrived. The excuse was "you ordered an app and the soup and salad lunch came outafter." It was not my cup of tea. I got a photo of the nachos forgot to take one of the french onion soup and Caesar salad.Another thing, the Caesar dressing was nasty. Af. Read more
Very disappointed with my order. Entire family was sick so we chose to order burgers from Ale House and had Door Dash deliver... it. One of the burgers was charred burnt and inedible. I called the restaurant and let them know and told them I could send apicture. Manager stated he would credit our bill and remove the charge. To date, only $4 has been credited on a $14+ burntburger. Tried calling back but can?t seem to resolve this simple problem. Read more
Be careful when you ADD a salad to your meal... it states add a house or ceaser salad for $2.99 but unless you're substituting... for fries they charge you full price of salad... $6.49... it should say substituting not add... J/S Read more
