Ain't that something. 18 minutes to get a large fry! I ordered at the kiosk because the staff looked busy with drive-throughs.... When I placed my order (only fries), the screen told me to get a "table tent" and enter its number, then it would be deliveredto my table. I did, it was 23. That was submitted at 5:05 pm. I sat down and waited. And waited. At 5:17, I hailed a guysweeping floors, waved the receipt at him, and asked where my order was. He said that they called out the number already. Firstof all, I was sitting around the corner and never heard it. Secondly, what was the point of getting a table tent and entering itinto the kiosk? At 5:23 I got up, checked the time, and arrived at the counter just as a new batch of fries was done. I askedthe same guy if they no longer did table service. He said they did, but that the request never showed up on the receipt. Really?Then it must be a software glitch and they need to correct it. I personally believe that it's a symptom of a different problem,which is that dine-in customers are now a far second behind the drive-throughs. Convince me I'm wrong. Read more
What a fun experience ???? the lady at the window said he was waiting for my food, I said, " so is this the new HAPPY MEAL... gift?" I was afraid to pull forward, but did it ever so slowly. The service was good. But what I didn't like was when we ordered, we ordered off the dollar menu. When she gave us the total, we... asked her why it cost so much when it all was a dollar. Well, she said that the prices of their fast food went up. We were alittle upset because it does not reflect that on the sign. The lady taking our payment said that that is corporates job to dothat. Well, corporate should get right on that because how do I know that the mcdonalds is not price gouging without corporateknowing? ???? Read more
