Staff was top notch and this was by far the cleanest McDonald's I have been to in a long time. The food was unsatisfactory but... not because of the staff. The quality and quantity of the McDonald's food is getting to the point of not being worth what youpay for any more. The drive through was convenient, but a little slow. Can't complain about the price or the consistency. Well, had to lower the... rating. One burger was ordered plain. It was confirmed at the speaker and at the pickup window. The girl insisted it was plain,but it was not. Note it was picked up at the drive through. So nothing to do to fix it, miles away. stopped in here to pick an order up and honestly I may as well have been invisible. had 2 workers basically ask me what i was... here for, then just ... forget about me. took a bit long to get my order because they decided to pull all focus to the drivethru that the dining area and anyone in it felt like an afterthought and it showed. Would not hire me and would not explain why. The staff gas lighted me for 2 weeks after I missed my first interview which I... would accept missing the interview as a reason for not hiring me but I do not get any straight answers. Some staff say Sophiawould hire me anyway and to come back and Sophia would interview me, she was on vacation. Sophia didn't give me an answereither, but I assume that I will not be hired here. I did not get a second chance at an interview and I did try to rescheduleit. This irritates me because i frequent this location and staff that do not know my situation tell me all the time that theyare desperately hiring. Read more
I ordered using the McDonald's app. It took longer than other times I used the app Then when the girl brought it out to me, I... asked, "are there napkins in the bag?" She said"I don't know". I looked in the bag, no napkins. She started to walk away and Isaid I would like some napkins. She just kept on walking. I always get good service from other locations but this one sucks. Read more
