11/9/22 went to the drive thru. As i get in the first lane the lady tells me to wait a moment. then the other line proceeds to... skip me 3 times until i said HELLO? then got told an agressive what's your order. I asked for the McRib no pickels. When i go topay, Philip even read it back to me with no pickel. When i get my order there was little to no sauce, sandwich upside down andguess what PICKELS ON IT! So unfortunately I?ve always had great experiences except for tonight. We ordered our daughter a kids meal with no onions and... extra fries. It came with extra onions and chicken nuggets with no fries. Then the fries were cold. Not happy abt it bc we?vebeen preparing for a storm and now we have to cook for our kid. Read more
the employees here treated my family and i so horrible. we were standing in front of them at the counter waiting for just 3... drinks for almost 30 minutes. they made so many other peoples drinks right away for them while walking past us. the employeesneed to be more polite and considerate. Nothing good to say nothing bad to say. They close for two hours in the middle of the night to "clean" but doesn't look any... better when they reopen. Some nice workers some complete jerks. It's fast food. Don't hold your hopes up high. Read more
Place is HORRIBLE! In the morning. Did a mobile order and waited 20 minutes before going inside. When I did they hadn?t even... seen the order yet. I was told ?sorry? and it still took about 5-6 minutes to get my order. Wasn?t to busy at that time as well.Any other time this place is great just not the mornings. Read more
I always have issues when I go here, today I got 3 happy meals, in the happy meals only 2/3 came with toys, the main reason why... you buy the happy meal for your kids. I don't understand why it's so hard to do something so simple as to just putting a toy ina box. Read more
In parking lot at the moment. I paid $18 for food and have been waiting for 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. While people are... literally coming and going they told me to pull into parking space 1. Still waiting. Arrived at 8:10 its now 8:30pm. I'm notangry but I doubt I will ever return to this McDonalds. Time is now 8:40pm (30min) no response, going to have to goinside. Management needs to obviously change something. Doesn't look anymore busy than any other McDonald's, I am just going toget a refund. Got refund Mission accomplished 8:51pm! The managers are the worst, that's why all the employees are rude, every time I come this manager gives me the worst attitude... and says that she will charge for the ketchup because I didn't ask for it when I made my order, I ordered a coffee with creamand sugar and it was black ??????????? what a bad time you have and you can't even enjoy your food anymore. one of the managersis in the morning and the other at night ? ????
