Several people in line to order for at least 10 min. Kiosk not working. Only saw employees leaving as I'm sure their shift... ended. No one seemed to care that more and more people were standing in line!! Read more
If I could give a negative review I would. Took 3 times to get my order right with the "cashier". I ordered 4 combos but only... received 2 hash browns. On top of that they were burnt. To no deal with the "cashier again I just used the computer and payedfor 4 more hash browns. They came out more burnt that the first. The Manager dropped them off. I told her you guys burned thesealso. She told me if you don't like it you can leave. Then when she gets behind the counter she screams in front of all thecustomers, why don't you just leave. I don't think this is the McDonald's way. Never been so disrespected. Read more
I eat here when ever I am going to FMB. Lunch is usually just like any other McDs. Breakfast this morning involved overcooked... (dark brown chicken) that tasted overcooked and was dry. Extremely poor quality chicken biscuit. The hash-brown was fresh. Read more
Horrible service! The little tiny boy in the first window drive thru window wanabee gangster is very rude to everyone. Answers... with !!!HELLO??? loudly like as if he is getting a scam call on his phone. And rude to all customers who visit for food. Throwsmy change on the ground. Gets my order wrong and snaps at people when you say anything to him. Everyone in the store can hearhim cussing and yelling about customers. He was working on 8/25/22 at 5:50pm. I won't be back!! Worst experience at a McDonald's ever. We wanted to go through the drive thru to get a quick dinner, not a very complicated... order. We didn't even have to wait for so long, but when it was time to order the whole experience changed. I quickly noticedthat the lady who took the order was somewhat unmotivated, okay understandable, probably a long day. When I asked if they had asalad I only got an inaudible "huh?", so I repeated myself. The answer was something like "do you see a salad on the menu?You've asked me twice, why would you do that?". Unbelievably rude. We are foreigners so english isn't our first language, hencesometimes you're just a little lost in translation. But there was no reason to have such an attitude and it is really concerningto see how many other people seemed to have issues with the behavior of the staff as well. Can't really say anything about thewalk in experience but the drive thru is a huge no no. Read more
Worst ever. Order was given to another customer, dropped my cheeseburger with no pickle when bringing it to the table. That... cheeseburger was given to someone else as well. I had to wait a long time to get my food correct. Managers were arguing witheach other. No one had a clue what they were doing. I was not the only one having issues today. Breakfast time at Mcdonald's... Clean inside, outside & restrooms, at least the men's... Pleasant counter person, order was... quick, which surprised me as the drive thru line was quite busy... Well run location, I'll be back next time in thearea... Update: Today my lock broke on my bicycle, thanks McD's for letting me sit with my bike in front of the store for anhour while two great folks helped me by running to the service station to get bolt cutters... Was in line at drive-through, a Spanish-speaking girl told me to wait while five other vehicles got orders taken on other order... taker. This place has no sense of consistency. Will never ever go there again. Read more
