Came on a Saturday night. The counter cashier explained that the wait would be a 20 minute wait. We said fine and we sat down.... We could have gone somewhere else but we were willing to wait. The food came, the soup was hot, sandwich was awesome. Weunderstand there is a shortage of people wanting to work and how overworked the people that want to work are. I want to commendthem for their courteous manners. I hope other people please remember the people working did not create this situation. Thankyou for the great service and food. Read more

Wonderful! This place has fantastic food and good customer service. The 32oz tea was delightful! Rich flavor without bitterness... and just the right amount of sugar. The lemon wedges are not quite ?immense? but are generously sliced. The McCallister Club wasdelicious and bursting with flavor. The side salad was surprisingly large with crisp lettuce. I was extremely happy to find nospoiled spring mix which is very common. This deli takes their quality control seriously. The Black Angus Club was very goodwith generous amount of ingredients. Also of note was that the tomato and cucumber salad was crisp and firm not slimy or wiltedas is often the case with these salads. The pickle spears were refreshing garlic crisps. Overall a splendid experience and welook forward to returning to try something new off the menu very soon. Read more
The menu did not disappoint and there is plenty to choose from. The choose 2 option is the way to go. The broccoli cheese soup... was hot and delicious. The club and garden fresh turkey sandwich hit the spot. The Savannah chopped salad was amazing, the combowas a perfect lunch pleaser. Whatever you order, you will enjoy and maybe even have a favorite. Read more
Quite literally one of the best sandwich shops I've ever been to. Not only is the "energy" of the place and food LIGHT years... ahead of Panera - they literally had THE most friendly employees EVER. 5+ stars here!!! Read more
McAlister's club and chicken dumpling soup was very good. My sister had chicken breast club and broccoli cheese soup that was... also worth ordering! They told us they were short-staffed and that it would be about a 15-minute wait for our lunch which wasprobably closer to 20 or 30 minutes. Sweet tea and lemonade was excellent very nice little patio to eat out on. Read more
Today I stopped to pick up dinner for my hubby and me. Ordered a sandwich and soup for my husband they told me that they were... out of corn beef but they did have pastrami so I said fine I will order the New Yorker with double pastrami and a bowl of soupand also a salad for myself. 20 minutes went by and the man (cook) in the back said we?re out of corn beef and pastrami and theguy who took my order said no we have pastrami and so the guy went back there 10 more minutes went by and nothing I asked for mymoney back the manager came out and said their truck hadn?t came in and they were out of lots of stuff.
