Think Twice Before Ordering from Magic Wok - Had a Grubhub delivery from there tonight. Chicken lo Mein Dinner Special &... Teriyaki Chicken on Skewers. GrubHub driver was awesome - delivered my food while it was still hot. Sadly, I cannot say the sameabout Magic Wok's food. The Chicken Fried Rice I paid an Extra $2.50 for had more hard as a rock Uncooked Rice than CookedRice. Teriyaki Chicken was not fresh - very tough and stringy. Chicken Lo Mein was just so-so, but it was the only thing edibleand the Uncooked RIce it was served on top of ruined it! $36.00 wasted on the Worst meal I have ever received. NEVER AGAIN Read more
Have ordered several times and the food is always perfect.
We've ordered take-out from this place a couple of times. The first time, there was a plastic wrapper INSIDE my eggroll. The... food wasn't too bad, so I decided to give them a 2nd chance. Today, there was a piece of plastic string inside another eggroll.What are they doing there? Never ordering from them again. Their boneless spare ribs are all fat. Sweet & sour chicken is alwaysovercooked. The only thing decent there is the rice... and that should be a given for any Chinese restaurant. Read more
Very rude when I called to place the order over the phone I got hung up on 3 times. Then when I tried to order a party platter... she could not understand what I was saying and told me the store closes at 9:30 tonight. I was outside the restaurant orderingfrom my car because of COVI-19, finally my husband got upset and went in to order. When he was ordering she was picking up thephone and hanging it up and getting his order wrong. Our order was at least 70 dollars so we go to use the coupon for free CrabRangoon they have on the back of their flyer. She also said Not free!! So we ended up leaving very very rude! Read more
I will never eat here again! Worst service ever. The lady upfront is rude. I asked for no spice chicken meal and it was so... spicy. I took my food back and asked for them to remake it with no spice. She laughed in my face and would not make what Iordered. I got a refund and left and will never go back. Read more
