Great sandwich! I highly recommend it.
Food was ready when I arrived. Had a big order, workers helped carry food out to my car. Held entrance door open because hands... were full. Sandwiches made exactly as shown on website. Order was exactly what I ordered. Will definitely be eating from thereagain. Read more
Great sandwiches! Order is always right and fast whether it's delivery or pick up. The only thing I wish they would have all the... time is the sun-dried tomato topping that they had for one of their specialty sandwiches that was only on the menu for a shorttime ???? would be great to have as a option to put on any of their sandwiches... Absolutely love their ranch also and theirbread is never hard or soggy like some other places ?? definitely recommend! Read more
If you're ordering through Doordash or UberEats, Keep in mind you probably won't be able to track your order or know when it's... coming at all. I placed an Order at 11:35am without knowing that I wouldn't be able to track my order and waited pretty much anhour with no knowledge of where my order is but doordash strangely telling me it's 2 min away for some reason the entire time. Icalled the store about 25 min into waiting for my order and was told it was being sent out for delivery. For a company thatprides itself on being fast and me being less than a mile away from where the store is, it's a little ridiculous an order wouldtake this long, especially since I ordered it almost half an hour before the lunch rush, but I shrugged it off. Around 12:25,close to an hour from when I placed the order I called and was told it was out for delivery. I receieved it 10 min later with arude note attached to it from the employees stating "Sorry for the delay but this is what happens when you order during lunchrush" (I have the note saved in my office desk and will be attaching pictures of it ASAP) That behavior from the staff isEXTREMELY unacceptable and is the big reason I am giving as low as I can a rating. I get longer wait times due to lunch rushes,but the lack of professionalism is not acceptable, especially when I'm justifiably upset and unable to tell where my order isand how long it took to get my actual order from a business who sells themselves on being extremely fast. Stopped by on my way out of town. Had my dog in the front seat and apparently the employees were dog people because they were... very complimentary and even offered a piece of Turkey for him! I love a good dog person and always appreciate the great service!To top, the food was fast, fresh and delicious! Thanks to the team who was working on Sunday, March 27, 2022! Read more
If you need "fast" heck, even just regular drive through time- Do NOT COME here. Sat in drive thru live a solid 20min, at least.... This is NOT fast at all. In fact, slower than any fast food place around. Very sloppy as well, possibly under staffed or undertrained. Last 3xs, they never get my order right. They put extra jalapeño which cause really bad indigestion & reflux (GERD)issues. I specifically said none, then by the time I got home, I wasn't going to drive back.Won't be returning.
