Tried again, but once again they cancel delivery orders because they cant seem to be staffed properly. Last time they didnt even... bother to reverse charges and i had to dispute it ???????????????? 3x i?ve ordered and 3x they called, canceled and say theyhave no drivers. It was ok. I had never eaten there before but it was convenient to me and I was really hungry. The staff was as great. The two... guys making the sandwiches were friendly and very nice. The manager ( I think) was a little more curt. The food was ok. It wasnothing special. Personally I prefer the subs at Publix. Read more
They are training new help. I saw them try to wrap the sandwich with all the ingredients coming out all over. I told the to stop... and redo. Our office orders sandwiches for delivery. Mine was not right the last time and I gave them another shot because they made it... right and redelivered the order. Today we ordered again. I love the beach club because of the avocado and I add bacon because itmakes the sandwich unique and refreshing. I watched my boss add the bacon, remove the tomato and add napkins. The sandwichescame with tomato, no avocado, no bacon. I understand mistakes happen, however, when I called and spoke to DEREK, the manager, Iwas very nice and patient, but he wanted to argue with me and called me mam in an unfriendly aggravated tone. I replied we willorder elsewhere from now on and we were frequent customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way. But not TODAY for Jimmy Johns onCypress Parkway. Read more
