The customer service isn't friendly young girl and guy don't listen. I said no onions the girl still put Onion and then removed... them and continue to make the sandwich. No thank you. Great service and great food! I only had a debit swipe card and they can't take a swipe card with their machine, only a chip... card. So, they gave me my sandwich at no cost today and were very kind! How hard is it to mess up a sub meat and cheese with yellow mustard? I guess it's very difficult for Nina who should be taught... how to read instead of making whatever kind of sub she feels like. I live literally 45 minutes away get home to find out my subis non edible because Nina is incompetent at her job. I called the store and they said they will replace it that would be greatif I lived in the area but considering I do not I am out $15 and have to buy something else for lunch. I always get Jersey Mikes subs when possiable. This one store is so dirty that it amazed me. Never have seen one where the meat... cutter hasn't been clean and the counter where subs are made is a disgrace. The tables were so dirty I had to eat in my car.This place needs immediate attention from district management. Do a surprise visit and see the mess. Read more
