Steve Martin have you seen the movie If I could leave a zero star review I would. After a category for a hurricane, they're soft... drink machine wasn't working. So in time of need they raise the price of a can of soda by $2.08 at Publix a 12 pack right nowcost $7.30/ 12 that is 61 cents per soda they're charging $2.69 per soda making $2.08 it is highway robbery I don't recommendcoming here also the bread is very stale. Wow! My experience in this store was awesome. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly smiles and welcomes. Lisa was... very nice and friendly. She made my sub with pleasure. Connie was amazing! She took my order and I've never seen such acheerful, pleasant, friendly cashier. The customer service here is exceptional! Read more
Inaccurate orders, half-made sandwiches, all items not sent out with delivery driver. Definitely don't do delivery, and double... check your whole order. Staff is friendly but incompetent. Manager Tori is rude, speaks over you, takes no responsibility.Owner should get someone less entitled. Read more
Firehouse Subs......you weren't on your A-game today! So sad! I walked over to the "take out shelf" but my order wasn't there... yet and it was a larger order so I thought maybe it was being worked on yet so I waited. No one checked in with me, others werewaiting as well......25 minutes later someone finally asked my name and the order had been sitting there WAY up at the other endbehind the counter all that time! WHAT?!!! UGH! No one thought to call out my name because it was still sitting thereunclaimed? Next time I'll be more "in your face" for my order instead of waiting for it to magically appear on the shelf whereit usually is. Read more
So apparently this location had a flood recently and the door stated that it is only open for carry out. Fine. I rushed in from... the rain not seeing that sign to find this out after I got my food and not wanting to go back out in the rain while I ate withmy guest who met me here we stood near the door at the bar top out of the way while it was raining attempting to eat quickly andescape back out into the rain. Skip back to when I was ordering I literally watched the cashier berate a customer about acomment he had made regarding Subway and she just kept saying our subs are better than Subway over and over to the point thecustomer was uncomfortable. Fast forward to a different girl who says something to my guest and me as we plan on just eating atthis bar standing up instead of running out in the rainy weather with our food. Another unruly employee said we had to leavebecause their big boss was watching the cameras. I explained the situation with the weather and I just asked we finish but theemployees began trying to tag team on me why we should just leave. If there is a problem big enough that people can't be in thedining room then you should close your doors! Teach your employees some customer service skills especially to an Army veteran onthe army's birthday! If you come here, you will never waste time at a Subway again. This place is great, some of their sandwiches are a tad pricey... but you're paying for what you get. The quality and quantity is good for what you pay for. The sandwiches are fresh and theemployees are helpful when it's your first time. Tons of hot sauce to choose from as well. Worth it. Read more
Decent food for a decent price... a tad slow in fulfilling my order...would return.
