El Pilon was a great find. We were passing by heading out to Sanibel and just had to stop and check it out. While they have... everything you expect from a typical Puerto Rican restaurant. Would recommend. SN: If using GPS, it may bring you to a localgas station which is across the street. It is next door to the Burlington store in the South Plaza shopping mall. Read more
We had mofongo and it was amazing. Pork chunks and shrimp was delicious too. Loved the passion fruit juice… And the coconut... flan to die for.. so perfect!! Place was very clean, including the bathroom. The service was great as well, the ladies therewere very attentive and friendly. Read more

I rarely give reviews to places I go, but I felt like I had to share my personal experience at this location. Food was amazing,... I had “La bandeja jibara” super flavorful dish, great amount of serving for the price. The music to the decorations and theatmosphere overall felt like I was back home!
