I always have terrible experiences ordering food here! they never have my food ready. I made an order on grubhub, hoping it?ll... be quicker but I stood there for 50 minutes and it was never made. When I asked the male worker about it and I showed him myreceipt to prove that I paid for my sandwich, the guy refused to make it for me and was completely rude. I literally left therestaurant with no food and wasted my money. Will be disputing. Read more

Ruined my order. Used a wheat bagel on my novalox bagel instead of a plain bagel. disgusting and wasted my money!

Great Place for the students to have lunch at!! Always a friendly staff!! Only that weirds me out is these two.. i guess... customers, that will stand at the counter and stare at the ladies working. I really do enjoy the coffee at Einstein Bros. In my opinion, Einstein has the best coffee, thanks to Caribou, but at this... particular location I've been repeatedly getting medium sized drinks instead of the large I always order lately and it's beenvery inconvenient to have to address the issue the multiple times it's now happened. I don't mind having to correct it everyonce in a while, but it's now happening more often and I just don't want to bother paying the extra money and hope I get thesize I ordered. Read more
