Trying to get a to-go order. People at the counter were being largely ignored. Cashier mumbled a lot under his mask, so I could... barely understand him. He literally dumped the donuts into the bag. The bottom one was upside down and by the time I pulled itout, almost all the topping was stuck to the bottom of the bag. I tried using a gift card. I kept trying to hand it to him andhe just kept pointing at the card reader and grunting something. After a couple of tries I had to tell him explicitly, this is agift card, are you sure it works this way? He finally took the card and had no idea what to do. He tried sliding it 4 differentways, tried scanning it, told me the card didn't work...... then finally figured it out and the card worked. This is not thefirst time I've been in there where all the staff is concerned about the drive thru window and ignored the people at thecounter. Read more
Pulled up to drive through and no one answered it was only 4:20 waited for 10min only to pull ip to the window and see the... worker walking around at the back door was completely open. I will absolutely never go back there again. Read more
Messed up my order a few times. Staff don't seem professional at all. And they are so slow, and I mean SLOW compared to other... Dunkins. TERRIBLE WORKERS. Afternoon crew is probably the worst of them all. They deserve no stars at all. A few days ago I wentthrough the drive-thru twice. They need to learn how to pay better attention. First I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel.Once I receive it and I open the bag, I got a plain cream cheese bagel. If I could rate this place zero stars, I would!! The staff are not only ?non customer friendly? but they also never have... anything I attempt to order. I wanted a croissant stuffers. ?We don?t sell those anymore?. Well why are they on the menu??Because we haven?t updated the board?. Well can I have a strawberry frosted donut? ?No we?re all out?. The afternoon staff fr need to be fired????, I ordered a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich with no egg and they gave me an... English muffin with just cheese. Cheese and bread. Donuts were terrible, liked they've been soaked on oil for too long. I also asked for sprinkled donuts but the donut was missing... the sprinkles. Then there's the feeling of been rushed at the drive through. Almost as if almost asking you to hurry. The kid'svoice was pragmatic and semantically rushing you. Read more
This place is so hit or miss. The leadership is so poor here. As you can see in the picture, the ?on the go? orders just pile... up. The red haired girl who is in charge obviously doesn?t care or is oblivious to the paying customers around her. They have 1person working the lobby who takes orders and prepares the orders, while 5 people are working the drive thru. I understand beingshort handed, but make adjustments like closing the lobby and keeping the drive thru open. It?s not rocket science! It?s anunorganized mess here and you might as well go down the street to the Daniels location where they take care of their people andthey?re friendly too. I?m fed up with this location! Read more
