The woman in the drive through told me, ?if you?re going to order $36 of food, you need to come inside because the people with... mobile orders are trying to use the drive through.? I asked her if that was a store policy and she told me ?no, but it justmakes sense.? Ordered the Bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and paid for extra bacon, they made it normal without extra bacon, so we... gave it back and let them know it was paid for and there's no extra bacon, so they made her a new sandwich without even meltingthe cheese on it and the sandwich was cold. I always go to this Dunkin during the week it?s in my way to work. I get great customer service during the week. Today my son... rode his bike up to get us donuts, his was treated terribly and was shorted food. So when he went to ask for what was missedshe said?.what? He told her and she threw it in the bag!
