I just had the most bizarre experience here. I was waiting for quite a while at the drive through front sign at least 2 minutes... while another car was at the window and I was wondering if the store was even open because the front door is locked. But then Isaw coffee being passed to the car in front of me. I was waiting a good 6 to 8 minutes when I heard a little voice behind me andI realized oh my goodness I was probably supposed to place my order there and I saw two cars behind me so I couldn't back up todo it so after all my waiting I pull up to the window. And the strawberry blonde freckled faced young person claiming to be amanager said no I will not serve you you should have placed your order back there, "I told you to wait". I told him nobody everspoke while I was there, nothing happened it was several minutes and I didn't realize that that was a place to place an order.He refused to serve me. I have filed a complaint with Dunkin' Donuts corporate via phone. The young man refused to give me hisname or the phone number of his owner or the owner's name either. It kind of blows my mind. As an employer I certainly wouldnot want my potential customers dismissed instead of served. I am hoping the owner will recognize the person who was claimingto be the manager and yet sent away a cash paying customer. FYI, As I sat phoning in my complaint with corporate in front of thestore three separate groups of people came by as well trying to get in but the door was locked so there was more lost business.Busy place. I've been to this location twice on my way to work and have not had great experiences either time. The first time my food was... cold and coffee was made wrong. Second time the coffee was black (no sugar or cream added) and the food order was wrong. Iwill not be coming back here. Read more
I won't bore you with a list of reasons not to come here or use Dunkin products. That is just not my angle. The problem is not... simply that this store that has terrible customer service and their employees act like we should thank them simply for showingup to work. Unfortunately this is just a common issue amongst all Dunkins across the board. There are at least 5 different oneson my way to work and I have visited them all and they are no different. The customer service is definitely the worst part ofthis chain. Dunkin just do a better job of training your employees and remember with out us (paying customers) you wouldn't bein business. I write this review as is sip my Grande Mocha from starbucks that is not even a minute away from this location. and the only one on my way to work. Read more
Kevin and the other two ladies who work in the morning are fantastic. They have excellent customer service skills. I will always... go there for my drink. They always make it just the way i love it. The other dunkins in the area just gave me a nasty icedcoffee for a cappuccino. If you want the best customer service, the best coffees , & the best everything else do not hesitateto go to that location. Good job guys????? Read more
Not as warm and friendly as it used to be. Selections seem slimmer, and I just don't feel happy going in anymore. At least it is... still clean. I am so disappointed. This place was the reason I started going back to Duncan. Read more
