Only ordered twice from here through doordash and only did it the 2nd time a few months in between to see if maybe staff or... something changed and nope they still don't have donuts you want, food cooked properly or give the correct order. Read more

The manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. Heard a crew member try and fight another customer in drive... thru as i waited for my food. I?m so very picky with my coffee. It usually takes the employee several tries to get it. When I can go in, order what I want... without being asked ?u sure??, AND get my coffee handed to me right the first time? you get all the stars today dunkin!!!! Read more

Waited 15 minutes while at the speaker box for someone to take my order, She said they are training and it may take a while.... Which I understood. I then asked hi are you ready yet, and she said like I said ?we?re training, there is a Dunkin down thestreet if you need to go?. I get the understaffed frustration, but a manager should be on shift training, and not relying onstandard employees to be training during a morning rush. the coffee is always good though. Read more

I will always honestly admit that I am not a patient person. If there is an option to order ahead and pick up my order, I will... ALWAYS do so. Nothing is a bigger waste of time than standing around waiting for food. With that being said, I only eat DD viapreordering through the app and walking in to pick up. I placed my order prior to being in route to the store and when I gotthere, my order wasn?t done. Everyone behind the counter was busy doing something which I respect. I stopped a gentleman andinformed him that I was there to pick up and he told me it would be out?.. let me just skip to the parts that annoyed me. 1. Myorder wasn?t made until I mentioned my order. Is no one paying attention to mobile orders? 2. One of the girls had an issue thatI was having an issue with my PREORDERED food not being ready. If she applied that attitude to better doing her job, I?m sureless people would be upset. 3. The doughnut that I ordered was out of stock. All that time that I spent standing there waitingfor my order, no one realized that the doughnut was out of stock? 4. I order 3 items: a coffee, a sandwich, and a doughnut. Twoof my items were prepared and I had to mention that I was missing my doughnut. Is it not standard to ensure an order haseverything before turning your back on a customer? Even if it?s out of stock, is ?Excuse me, unfortunately, the doughnut youordered is out of stock, xyz is the closet replacement we have, would you like that instead??, so hard. 5. I?m assuming she?s amanager or a GM, whatever she is, was sitting in the lobby doing computer work during this entire interaction because when theywere out of the doughnut I wanted she was yelling from the lobby to the people behind the counter to check another area or tooffer me munchkins. Unacceptable. As a manager if you are going to instruct your staff to do anything, GET UP AND WALK OVER. Donot yell across the store putting me in the middle. I go here very frequently because it's close to my home and on the way to work. Every single time it never fails when I order 1... order of stuffed plain bagel minis, they come out with ice still in the center. They have scorched them 1 time. and the othertimes (50+) that I've been here they have been close to frozen in the center and barely Luke warm on the outside. This place caneasily be a top tier store due to its location, but I'm assuming since the employees aren't trained in how to use their owntoaster oven and listen to orders, they are receiving bad reviews. Hi, today around 8:00 am I went through the drive through and ordered 25 munchkins and specifically said no jelly or blueberry.... She also repeated that I did not want jelly or blueberry. Unfortunately I only got blueberry and jelly filled. I?m really upsetbecause I am allergic to jelly filled and now can?t eat my breakfast. Thanks dunkin! Read more

Cant go wrong with coffee and donuts. My children wanted to know all donuts available and the poor drive through attendant... listed everyone available which took her close to a minute to list off all that were available to purchase for that day, I can'timagine how many times a day she does this! Had the pumpkin ???? spiced latte, a basic B fall essential ???? ???? and we gothalf a dozen of Halloween and other varieties of ????. Sausage egg and cheese on croissant is always my go too. We added thehasbrowns (two packs)one is not enough for my three growing boys. Tried the Bacon ???? Snack, which is bacon with a maple ????flavoring on them, very decadent. Read more
