There are more than 5 people working and 2 of them are wandering around typing on their cell phones while 1 person makes drinks.... It took over 5 minutes for someone to come out and help a gentleman at the cash register. The workers are NOT personable - theydon't acknowledge anyone - other than the one making the drinks. I don't mind talking and having fun at work - you should! Butnot at the detriment of your customers. You're at work for them and not vice versa. Read more
Staff is grumpy and rude, they can?t make a drink correctly to save their lives. Drive thru is a mess the lobby is always closed... because some employee brings their kid and lets them play around in the kitchen and at the drive thru. This drive thru was a slowest I been too. I spent 10 minutes in line. When I got to the speaker. It took awhile for someone... acknowledge me. I waited for at least 3 minutes to order. This is the worst Dunkin. Every time I eat here it?s a terrible experience. My grilled cheese never gets toasted. They don?t... melt the cheese. The stuffed croissants are always frozen, same as the bagel bites. They constantly mess up my drinks. I?ll getan iced coffee and they make it hot. I go here everyday and I?m officially done. Not once have y?all got my order right. Sad.Because I love Dunkin?. Update: gone three times this week. To see if anything is changed. Asked them specifically to toast mygrilled cheese on both said. Im not a big coffee drinker. However, when I do want some coffee, I like to visit Starbucks. Yesterday, 9/23 I visited this... Dunkin Donuts location (this was my first time going to a Dunkin Donuts). I was fortunate to be served by a lovely lady namedTori. I asked her; what were their most purchased/popular iced coffees. Her reply was: ?French vanilla & Hazelnut.? I wasundecided on which one to get, so she prepared both of the drinks for me to try them. After trying both drinks, I decided topurchase both. Tori was kind enough to only charge me for one drink. Because of her, Dunkin Donuts has now gained a life timecustomer. Needless to say, the price of my LARGE coffee was only $2.53 Read more
