I once had left a good review for this place. But the way the manager Vanessa treats people horrible. Definitely needs people... skills. We all have bad days, but I have seen this on multiple occasions. I have given 2 stars, because the coffee is stillgood. Read more
There are more than 5 people working and 2 of them are wandering around typing on their cell phones while 1 person makes drinks.... It took over 5 minutes for someone to come out and help a gentleman at the cash register. The workers are NOT personable - theydon't acknowledge anyone - other than the one making the drinks. I don't mind talking and having fun at work - you should! Butnot at the detriment of your customers. You're at work for them and not vice versa. Read more
Staff is grumpy and rude, they can?t make a drink correctly to save their lives. Drive thru is a mess the lobby is always closed... because some employee brings their kid and lets them play around in the kitchen and at the drive thru.
