Food as always a treat! The big problem is the business is understaffed! One man on one register, he can only go as fast as the... food is made. This dunkin is downright horrible. Staff is rude across the board, lobby constantly locked because some staff member has their... kids running around the lobby, kitchen, drive thru etc. super sanitary? frozen machine is always ?broken? aka the incompetentstaff never cleaned it. Coffee and donuts were great. Had to use drive-thru as inside was still closed at 6;30 am. I don't like drive-thrus
This location is a joke. Not only do the employees attempt to poorly prank people through the drive through, but when you ask... for other options (because they?re literally out of everything for weeks) they get rude. I?ve driven off several times at thislocation without even getting my order because of how poorly this location is ran along with its incompetent workers. Do better. Read more
Unorganized! I stopped in this morning 5/26 around 10am and the lobby was closed.. I ended up at Starbucks. Haven't had any... really good experiences over there. Good help is hard to find but, it's only coffee for goodness sakes. Read more
As always food was great, but the line for the drive thru was insane. Fast to park and go in.
