My cashier Nayla was very welcoming and friendly.She is very active and fast. I got my coffee and food perfect.
Used the web for this location to order for pick up, I entered my credit card and order It then told me to download app and had... to reorder. Was charged 2wice in my bank, store personnel stated they couldn't cancel an order As if that wasn't bad enough,they didn't have the products to complete the order. At almost noon out of everything except a few donut choices I Didn't carefor. No Manager to talk to and staff was rude. Stood there for over 3 minutes to be acknowledged and there were no othercustomers there!! Read more

I've been going to this Dunkin for a while now because it's convenient but the manager there is awful!! I found out his name is... Rob when I asked to speak to him. He's always leaving the young girls there by themselves and has the worst selection of donuts!Not sure how this store stays open. Guess I'll be going to a better one further down the road! Read more
Usually the service here could use some work. Forgetting items, forgetting to toast bagels. Hash browns so hard the only use... left for them is an impromptu window breaker tool. Easter morning went inside and ordered 3 muffins and a coffee. Got to my destination and the muffin on the bottom of the way... too small bag for 3 large muffins was totally destroyed! This was a muffin to be given to my client. I was not happy. Youremployee needs to be trained in proper packaging. The coffee had an unacceptable amount of coffee grinds. Read more
Sweetest older lady in the window!!! The girl making the drinks scoffed when we asked for cinnamon sprinkles on the Cinnamon... Crunch drink.
