The absolute worst Dunkin in the area. When the other manager was running this store it was fine. Since hiring someone new it... has went under 100 fold. They never have food items, you wait in line for at least 15 minutes regardless of how many cars arethere and they somehow manage to never get your order or items right. Great job Dunkin Read more
We went in to pick out a yummy donut, unfortunately they only had one type available. We got a chai latte, which was very good... but the cup wasn?t even 3/4 full????. We also got a cinnamon raisin bagel with a generous amount of cream cheese. Thebathrooms were locked so you couldn?t use them. Read more
On my way to my appointment, I turned around and made my way especially to visit this Dublin donuts on Daniel?s Blvd. They were... out of eggs..I ordered chicken croissant-they were out of chicken! Cappuccino was not sweetened, never I was offered asweetener, never got my receipt either. When raiding a concern to the employee that they were out of all main ingredients, gotthe answer ?I just work here?. Really? Very poorly run store , will not go back. I ended up ordering turkey sausage on Englishmuffin (unfortunately without eggs, as they were out), the muffin was burnt. So paid almost $10 for one horrible meal , get ittogether -you r losing customers !!! Read more
This Dunkin absolutely is the worst one around here in fort Myers. They don?t know how to make coffee I order it and it comes... out looking like watered down tea like I ordered coffee not water? service constantly sucks they have no customer service skillsand have trash coffee here? they need to upgrade the staff to someone who actually wants to work and not be lazy and cutcorners..
