I waited for over an hour for my delivery, I gave specific... delivery instructions, you had my phone number...and now I need to order dinner from someone else. I ordered pizza to be delivered on Saturday December 3rd at 6:30pm. I received a phone call from the automated system letting me... know that my pizza was on the way at 7:10pm and it wasn't delivered until 8:03pm. I called to check on the status of thedelivery and the manager was incredibly rude. Telling me that it's on its way and there is nothing he will do. I can't believethat this was the customer service. I also live a very short distance from the store. Read more
