I wish I could give them a zero what happen to honesty is the best policy ? ordered a pizza at 6:57 I was told 10 to 15 mins got... there 3 different people came to the window asking me the same question telling me different times went from 1 minute to 10 to15 more minutes I waited 15 for minutes only for them to tell me they are putting it in the oven now. I've been buying carryout from this location for several years. Not because the food is great, but it is convenient. However,... last night was the last straw and I won't be going back. Frozen pizza for me from now on. Anyway, read on for the shenanigansfrom the past few months: Tracker is useless at this location. Plan on adding 5-10 minutes to the "ready" or "complete"time. My order of brownies was dropped on floor. Idiot boxing gave next batch to another (delivery) customer. Cashier juststood there with a blank stare on his face. Woman who dropped my order finally came to counter and processed refund. Securityguard and other employees usually take handicapped parking places. Not a handicap placard in sight. Carside deliveries usuallytake longer than 2 minutes. Multiple free pizzas awarded. One carside delivery totally ignored, had to go inside. Typically Iorder extra pepperoni or sauce. Usually don't get it even though I paid for it. Nobody at counter, somebody shouted "be therein a minute". After 10 minutes, guy cutting and boxing finally came to counter. My pizza had been sitting for over 10minutes. Online complaint forms are totally ignored. Look for this location to go bankrupt any day now with this level of"service". Edit 6/28/22 : "Owner" added a canned reply 4 months after my posting a review. He/She/They asked me to emailimprovement suggestions. I might have done that if the same canned reply hadn't been appended to every negative review and anactual email address was provided. The "Owner" of this business apparently doesn't care since they can't be bothered withwriting a personal response. This looks more like somebody is just checking a box to please corporate. Don't waste your moneyhere. The competition across the street has been taking care of me quite nicely the past 4 months. Read more

Not happy that my Pizza was sent out with two air pockets. Not very good. Dominos should have remade the pizzas I?m sure the CEO... of dominos would not want those pizzas being sent out looking like that. Read more

This lady called Vicky (yes, we are called the same) needs to be fired. She is very rude to her co-workers. She touches the... money and then go straight to play with the pizza dough without washing her hands. She is in a extremely need of a hair net. Icouldn't believe it. How this is permitted in a food place. She should be fired. Now there is a young gentleman called ConnerBarbosa that should be given a raise and some kind of award. He was very polite to me, to other customers and co-workers. Hehandle the production of pizza very well and I think would be nice to make him a manager. I think he care for the place and thepeople he works with. Dominos should take a look at the employees here and address the situation. Read more

@dominos what is up with how this pizza was cut? Also, the cheese on the Buffalo so burnt on one side. This pizza should of... never been sent out the door like this. It is clear employees don't care and no quality control. The app said our cook wasMarshall. This location use to be good, but recently a huge drop in quality. We also had issues with our last order. Terrible customer service from the girl answering the phone tonight. Received a build your own pasta bowl with no alfredo sauce!... Called to tell them and she said ?the 4 oz of it was on the top?. We told her it wasn?t and she kept telling us there was. Thishas happened before and the gentleman then sent us a new one with the alfredo sauce. The attached photo is of the most recentmishap.
