I ordered $24.00 in food. I had $20 cash (wasn't enough to pay my bill so I couldn't use cash obviously) and $25.00 on the only... card I had on me to use. I left a $1.00 card tip and planned on giving the driver Jacqueline her ACTUAL tip with the cash I hadon me, meaning that one dollar card tip would have been nothing but an ADDITIONAL TIP for her. As soon as she saw the card tipamount she wrote "this is only 0.80" and circled the bottom where it explains that delivery fees are not tips. She walked intomy place of work and very aggressively put the pizza on another persons desk. I had no idea it was here until my coworker gotoff his phone call and told me what she had done and the fit she threw. I called and spoke to i guess it was the cook whoinformed me that she has done this before. Jacqueline, when you assume and make an a** out of you and me. You missed out on a$20 tip. That's unfortunately what you get for being ungrateful and rude to multiple customer. Next time be a littlenicer. Mind you this driver drove less than one mile to deliver this to me.... Very Sad. Ordered pizza and cheese bread last night and it was phenomenal! Best pizza in a very long time. I had been shying away from... this Dominos because of the long delivery times and the less than stellar food I received the last 2 orders. I tried again lastnight after a few months and these guys are back on there A game. They were my go to for pizza for the last 10 years because ofthe dependable service and good food. I was having an issue with a coupon I received in the email. When I called, a few of the workers were very honest and helpful,... understanding that I wasn?t interested in forcing them to give me a ?freebie?, but wondering if the issue is on my end. The mosthelpful was Sean - he was very patient and thorough in helping me understand their app is the issue. My issue wasn?t actuallyresolved, but little frustrating things like this melt away when customer service is stellar. Thank you for being a classystore! Read more

Do yourself a favor and call Papa John's. My last two orders from here been an hour+ from order to delivery. Tonight's driver... couldn't even read numbers on the mailbox next door without parking and getting nose-to-nose with the mailbox. Then he goes tohouse across street. Upon complaining to the store, I was told that the delivery drivers are out if their control. Absolutelyunacceptable. Read more

Worst experience I?ve ever had with a Dominos location. We placed our carry out order on line, and included a tip because of... the number of pies we ordered. The tracker provided an estimated pickup time. However by scheduled delivery, it had not movedpast the ?prep? phase. I preceded to enter the location and query the staff. The greeter indicted they were understaffed andbehind on orders. My response was to ask ?how much o get would the orders take to be prepared? And could she provide somecompensation for our inconvenience? Initially she said ?no.? Then conceded a free.2 liter soda. After further dialogue, sheoffered two sodas. In the end, our order took over an hour to be filled. We didn?t get carside delivery, as they missed the?2-minute? delivery guarantee. And though I had to take the pizzas and soda to my own vehicle, I received no apology for myinconvenience. Being understaffed, and inundated with orders is perfectly understandable. But failing to acknowledge yourcustomer?s inconvenience, or even make good on company policy, doesn?t place your location in a positive light. Read more

Here's what was delivered to me after I ordered from this Domino's. The delivery guy didn't bother to tell me he dropped the... pizza, or apologize. The manager didn't seem to think it was a problem. I recommend ordering from another Domino's if you expectto get pizza that hasn't been dropped and put back it the box. Read more
