We love Cracker Barrel. This time though, the food was just about inedible. Nearly everything was overcooked - even the... cornbread. The biscuits were good as were the grits. I had the fried chicken, and my wife had the pot pie. As you can see fromthe photos, they cooked the chicken to leather. I ate two of two bigger prices and left the two smaller without even trying.Water helped me chew the food enough to eat it. All of the fried food was simply not good, Fried pickles & fried okra, two ofour favorites, were just chewy, dry morsels. My wife's pot pie was overcooked but not as badly as the chicken. On a positivenote, we won't get any food-born illness from undercooked food! Read more
